• Assisting in and preparing necessary documentations for obtaining Statutory Approvals.
• Advising the Client on modes of selecting Vendors and Contractors.
• Preparing Documentation and assisting the Client in conducting the vendor selection / contract Tendering process.
• Assisting Client to execute Contract Document for executing the works.
• Preparing and issuing ‘Good For Construction Drawings” of all works in our scope.
• Assisting the Client to identify and appoint other consultants or service providers as required.
• Assist and coordinate with Construction Management Team for all aspects related to construction.
