Hospital of 800 Beds (Phase - I + Phase - II) in two Phases ●Year 2024 - Ongoing
A well established medical institution in Durgapur has retained C&G to develop master plan and architectural design proposals on two adjacent plots of 10 acres each. An Oncology and related Super Speciality hospital of some 800 beds and required Housing and a College of Nursing is proposed to be developed, in 2 phases, in one of the 10 acre plots and the other 10 acre plot is to be retained for either future medical college or further heath care facilities or commercial facilities as may determined in the future. The master plan scheme proposed permits the seamless phase wise development of the first 10 acre plot as well forming a coherent whole if the second plot is developed as Medical college or other health care facilities. The architectural scheme for the buildings proposes highly effective block configurations , vertical and horizontal circulation and optimum proximity and connections .
