Designing this house for a successful young entrepreneur faced the challenge of meeting a very ambitious programme of accommodation, including parking for number of cars and bikes, extensive entertainment facilities etc in addition to four bedrooms in a tight urban plot. Deft planning in four levels met all programme requirements and facilitated the use of the outdoors which are adequately screened from the built up surroundings.
